You can use something like "Borders. " If you want this style to pertain to the whole site, drop the bottom box down and select "New Style Sheet. " If you want it to only pertain to the page you are on, you can leave it as it is. Click the OK button. If you chose to apply it to the whole site, you will need to save the file in your website's folder. If you didn't choose to apply it to the whole site, you will see the styles box open. In the styles box is where you will create the rules for the borders. To begin, click the Border link in the left panel. Now you will see the border style, border size, and border color. Drop those three boxes down and make your selections. When you are finished with these three options, click the Apply button and then the OK button.

Anyway, I digress. Once I think I have come a long way in my slowly expanding knowledge of web design, graphic design and programming, there is an entirely new set of languages I have to learn. And, before I learn them I have to actually know what in heck I need to learn them for. So here's a little overview for anyone who has been in my predicament (This list assumes you already know web graphics & proper designing principles. To cover the graphical part of web design would require an entirely new list, which would include Flash!) 1. HTML -Basic web design, foundation of principles you will need to understand.
